    Editorial & review standards

RevU publishes NIL educational content — a glossary, a blog, and state-by-state NIL-law explainers — under named authors with relevant subject-matter expertise. Articles are written by the founder closest to the topic: Max on the NIL market and state statutes, Cal on the analysis engine and contract methodology.

Legal accuracy is handled separately from authorship. Glossary entries, blog posts, and state-law pages are reviewed by contracted NIL counsel before publication. RevU is a contract-analysis tool, not a law firm, and nothing we publish is legal advice — for a specific deal, work with a licensed attorney in your state. How the analysis engine itself is built and bounded is documented on our methodology page.
